Time is passing so quickly.....the boys are five weeks old already. My time with them is quickly passing and they will be soon joining their new family's (who are thinking how slow time is passing waiting for their bundles of love and puppy breath)!!

Finally, some individual photos of the puppies like I promised. My friend Chantel (who has three dogs from me Juby, Quio and Diva, and was really sad as she was suppose to get a girl from this litter ,) came for a visit and photo shoot! I apologize for the wait, but it's amazing how fast a day is gone, and before you know it, a week has passed. You will notice, all the puppies are wearing collars (except MR.Gold..can't find a yellow collar). I have made some color changes, and made the changes along with the new colors so you know who is who!!

The puppies spent part of the day outside again today, playing and exploring. Sorry didn't get any photos....will try next time. It was late at night and I let the puppies out of their box to go play...it wasn't long and they were everywhere. They are starting to play and wrestle with each other. It's their transitional period. They are most influenced by their mother and littermates right now. Their eyes are open, teeth are erupting, their hearing and smell are developing. They are walking, wagging tails and barking ( very noisy). Your puppy will undergo rapid sensory development between this week and next Tuesday. The puppies will be fully alert to their environment, and begin to recognize familiar people.

My three nieces Hailey, Mikayla, & Cassie came for a visit and a afternoon to play with the puppies. They had a great time visiting and loving the puppies. They cuddled and loved them up, and then tucked them in to sleep!!!

Well it's almost midnight and I am feverishly putting ribbon on the puppies, taking photos, cropping and adding to the site so that everyone can see how much they have grown and what changes have happened.
Ok so now we have:
Mr.Red, Mr.Maroon, Mr.Blue, Mr.White
Mr.Green, Mr.Sage, Mr.Yellow, Mr.Red Rick Rack
All the puppies eyes are open or part way open now, and their nails have been trimmed. I will add some individual photos of the puppies by Wednesday...so check back, (I know two very excited kids (C. & J. in Minnesota) who will be counting days till their puppy arrives!!!

The puppies are 9 days old and looking really nice. Four of the boys have deep rich mahogany coats....with excellent black overlay. Two boys are going to be dark red with an abundacy of blackening like their Grandma Amy. And the other two are looking like they will be more like the colour that Basil is. Their eyes are on the verge of opening, I would suspect by Saturday some will be able to see the world.
